# Kushagra Gupta

> Software Engineer 2 at Atlan, Bengaluru, India. I turn ideas into shipped, production web products in hours instead of weeks. The trick isn't writing more code. It's building the systems that let AI do the heavy lifting, and getting them right.

At Atlan I went from SWE1 to SWE2 in about 18 months. I built an AI-native CMS that took campaign go-live from 4 days to under 5 minutes across 500+ pages, put our animated homepage live in 12 hours with Cursor and Claude Code, and wrote our first orchestrator skill that builds landing pages on its own with no engineer in the loop. I also led our move from Cursor to Claude Code and cut LLM token usage by around 10x with the right skills and plugins.
